Accommodation Booking Form

To make a reservation at Dove Court, please:
|
|
1.
|
Telephone or
E-Mail to confirm the cottage and period you require are available.
We will hold a provisional reservation for 7 days from your telephone/e-mail
booking pending the arrival of your completed reservation form plus
the deposit cheque. |
|
2.
|
Please print
out and complete the Booking Form (below) and return it to us with
a cheque for 30% of the total rental due, payable to Mrs Helen Earnshaw.
We will send confirmation by return (if you are booking within 1 month
of your start date please send the full amount due). |

3.
|
Please send
the balance of the rental due to arrive at least one month before
your holiday is due to start. Please also let us know what time you
hope to arrive (after 3.00 p.m.). |
|
CANCELLATION. If unforseen circumstances cause you
to cancel your holiday at Dove Court, we will do all we can to re-let
your cottage and waive the outstanding balance.
Unfortunately, if we are unable to do so, you will be liable for
the full charge and we suggest that you take out a Holiday Cancellation
Policy to cover this eventuality, which we will forward on to you
on your booking.
